Interview
Talk with HR staff, with regular questions. Additionally, they asked me to write a brief text in English. After this step, I was invited to a 1:1 with the manager of my area.

Really appreciated how casual and interactive the interview process was — it encouraged open dialogue and made it easy to showcase my real experiences instead of rehearsed answers. Great example of how interviews can be both professional and human.

Managed well and organised by HR, assessment day was insightful. Interviews were nice and questions weren’t too difficult but lots of follow up. Overall, don’t think it would an inconvenience to apply.
