Not sure if company is really sincere on hiring candidates or just playing around.. 3 rounds of interview and the final one took 4 hours in which there was a group case study. They said they’ll let us know of the results by the end of the week but in the end took more than a month to get back. Had to keep checking with HR if there was any update and she mentioned that I had a chance to be hired. Hence, I rejected a job offer and waited for another few weeks. Kept checking with HR in the meantime and they gave empty promises. Afterwards, they then told me I was not accepted. During this tough period where every fresh grad is trying their best to get a job, hope the company will be able to understand the candidates’ situation and not play around with them.
