As the first step of the interview process, there was a 30-minute human resources interview. Within the framework of this interview, a speech was made about past work experiences, technical competencies and why this company was chosen. After the meeting, a screening document was sent for technical review and then a meeting with the unit director was arranged. In the meeting with the director, a biased and closed attitude was displayed from the first minutes. Despite the fact that I have a legal work and residence permit in the applied country and completed a master's degree in a university in this country, no questions were asked about the requirements of the position or how suitable your profile would be for this position. At the end of the interview process was terminated due to the fact that the communication skills were not good enough for someone who had experience in the top 3 consulting companies for more than 4 years. If I have to evaluate the feedback and the whole interview process, it was a disappointment for a company that is located in a country that is a cornerstone among European Union countries and sees itself as international. I think that the given feedback is not an objective statement, also I still do not find it right to emphasize the citizenship that one belongs to instead of the presented competencies.
