Online Assessment and Technical interview continued with a H R Interview. It started with a competitive Online Assessment then with shortlisted ones for the other interview process, the technical interview followed with the HR Interview but the Shortlisted candidates for the H R Interview are directly appointed.

Really appreciated how casual and interactive the interview process was — it encouraged open dialogue and made it easy to showcase my real experiences instead of rehearsed answers. Great example of how interviews can be both professional and human.

Can you share examples of how you’ve applied your analytical skills and leadership experience to drive results or make data-driven decisions?
Managed well and organised by HR, assessment day was insightful. Interviews were nice and questions weren’t too difficult but lots of follow up. Overall, don’t think it would an inconvenience to apply.
