They really have no idea what they are doing and seem to be doing more harm than good. I was completely taken aback by thier inability to stick to any plan, and the fact that the ED along with the board of directors gave the ED a huge raise relative to the last Executive Director, and she was putting in only a few hours a week because she had her own business to run. I really hope that all the people they put in danger are ok.
