Kane Constructions interview questions

Emailed seeking work. Got a call from HR a week later for an interview. Interview with director and senior estimator. Pretty straight forward asked general questions then asked some basic questions about understanding of drawings and construction.

Casual Interview with 2no directors. They went through the projects on offer how the company operates and the company structure and organagram. They then went through in great detail my experience and the projects i had worked on. They also were keen to know the subcontractors that i had worked with in the past.
