Kalitta Air interview questions

Fairly easy going, more of a personality test. My interview was focused on my strengths and what I could bring to the table. Great experience if you’re interested in the work itself.

I was called after applying on Indeed. It was a pleasant conversation. I was invited to interview in-person at their Ypsilanti location. After not receiving an offer, I asked for feedback to help improve my interview skills. They did not give me a response.
