Kaleafa interview questions

I had a phone interview with a nice recruiter which went great. She invited me to take an online assessment which took about 40 minutes. I really enjoyed the assessment because it was challenging and when I reviewed my results I learned I was more extroverted than I thought I was! I then went to the store and met with the manager, had an interview, and then shadowed the team on the sales floor. It was a lot of fun! After that, I got to meet the owner of the company in a group interview and she was so nice!

Hired on board immediatly for my character personality and knowledge. I was available to start and work immediatly . I was told I would start as a receptionist and move uo to budtender and after a 90 day review I would be eligible for additional advancements in the company.
