They have made an analytic & english test . I have had 2 interviews with vice-president and 1 interview with president. Total hiring process had taken approximately 6 weeks.

3 step process. Responsible manager first then hr then both. There are lots of approval process. We spend the most times in salary negotiations. They offer a really low salary. I refuse strictly and they increase. Be though on negotiations.
