Kaldi's Coffee interview questions

2 Interviews - very easy. Had some behavioral interview questions, including "Name a time when you failed." I didn't apply for a Front of House position at the time, which I wanted, but there was the ability to move between Back of House and Front of House.

The interview process was simple. There was an over the phone screening then I went in for an in person interview and I was offered a position on the spot. It was very casual and took place on site. I did not accept right away but contacted a week a later , I didn't get an immediate response but received one a few days later and started after that.
