I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KYCnet in Dec 2016
Interview
I was invited to interview in their premises in Amsterdam. I was prepared for more complex questions but it was an easy, basic interview. The staff was not very professional and did not seem to have much experience in recruiting.

Interview
Received a reply after 5 weeks for my application. I was called for an interview to their Amsterdam office. The dress code was specifically mentioned, smart casual. The interview questions were conversational/distracting and lacked any technicalities. The interviewers seemed inexperienced and demotivated. I was shown around the office before the interview in a very lackluster way ( to put it mildly). I could not bring myself to show motivation and did not perform well in the interview. It is an open position and they are always in need of new analysts.

Interview
the HRs are not really qualified as such; inadequate questions, pushing you off the position and killing your enthusiasm by shifting the focus; seems like they're looking for 0 experience/graduates - the less opinion you have, the more likely they'll hire you; overqualified people are considered a threat.
