Hi, and thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Since we are a small company, we are very aware of who you are and your overall experience. I'm sorry you felt we were unresponsive, but we were in fact very communicative with the agency who was representing you. At the point that we realized we were going to need some time to make a decision, we told the agency to be candid with you and even encouraged them to tell you to take the other role if you already had an offer in-hand. If the agency did not communicate with you thoroughly, I would make sure to share that feedback with them. It is possible they did not share that with you because they only get paid if their candidate gets hired.
I'm sorry you were not pleased with your experience, but we do our best to communicate with our partners and our candidates as quickly as we possibly can. That being said, we also need to make sure we are finding the best people for our open roles, and sometimes that takes time. I do wish you the best of luck in the future.
