I was referred to this company by Lamar University while about to graduate, the first over the phone interview went relatively as expected and well, however after the first interview despite being told that a follow-up would be provided within 2 weeks as to either a second interview or the position being filled, I was never notified of any decision or progression of the hiring process. Despite having called and left several voicemails with a HR representative, emailing with a thank you letter, and emailing to provide details of work history, no response was provided and no follow-up. Finally I went in person to make contact and follow up as I was still attempting classes at Lamar university, and when I arrived, I met with the HR representative who had provided the phone interview, and they appeared baffled and confused, unaware of who I was, the position I had interview for, or why I hadn't been provided an automated response when the position was filled. I stated that I had also not received any response to my voicemail or emails and they seemed confused and baffled. If this is indicative of how they treat customers it's a wonder and amazement that they stay in business. Employees are a form of a customer in which employers are selling a concept of growth and development in exchange for time rather than a product or service in exchange for money. However how you treat your employees is indicative of how you treat your customers.
