Interview
It was a very laid back interview. However, if you don't live at home it's going to be very hard to live on the salary. Very nice group of people though.
Friendly and comforting environment created by the interviewer, with follow up questions and a friendly coffee chat to get to know more about my personality and capacity to do the work
Behavioral based interviews to gauge how someone will respond in a given situation. Initial conversation with recruiter then someone in the business. 2 interviews beyond recruiter were required at a minimum.
