Interviewed for senior associate position. Applied online and received a phone call from the recruiter. Scheduled in-house interview and met and had an interview with 5 different people on the same day. Went out to lunch with same level employees at the Company.

Question 1
What was a most difficult situation in your job and how you managed to overcome the difficult situation
It contained 3 interviews one with a manager, one with md , and last with a partner.
It was straight forward The interview took about 30 minutes each, and I was able to hear from them the next week of my last interview.
On campus interview, after that I was invited to tour the office and interview in office. The interviews were mostly conversation and getting to know me and getting a chance to meet the team.
