Getting shortlisted from the comany as it was a campus interview then Technical Interview followed by HR Interview and Director interaction.
Engineers specially got shortlisted
Technical interview consisted of situational questions
HR Interview was more into communication
Director interaction was short and crisp
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
