Processo di selezione nella media. Contattato da HR, a seguire colloquio con Manager molto preciso con domande mirate sulla mia precedente esperienza e qualcosa su certificazioni in mio possesso come Lean Six Sigma. Infine, colloquio motivazionale con il partner. Ottima esperienza tutto sommato.

First interview was fine. I turned up to the second interview early, they didn't know who I was supposed to be meeting but showed me to a room. 20 minutes after the interview was supposed to start they came in to say the partner was cancelling and they would have to reschedule. I received an apologetic call from the recruiter and a promise to reschedule - then nothing. I ended up calling back after about 8 weeks and they said sorry, but good news we're hiring again so you'll hear from us and we'll set something up again - then again, nothing. I wouldn't work for a company so disorganised and disrespectful of people's time and energy.
