Screen followed by formal conversations with multiple partners, recruiter and then in person discussions. Required business case definition and presentation to a group. People were nice and very intentional with questions and answers follow ups
Great process and folks look to understand the person and where they want to add value to clients. Partners were very well versed in the technical aspects and growth opportunities
