I interviewed for a position at KPMG and was assured I would receive feedback after the technical interview. Unfortunately, no updates were provided. Despite sending follow-up emails to inquire about the status of my application, I never received any response.
This experience reflects a terrible recruitment process. Failing to provide feedback after a technical interview is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates’ time and effort. If I were responsible, I would strongly consider replacing the recruiter, for neglecting such a fundamental part of their job. It feels like they are being paid without contributing meaningfully to the process.
