Das KPMG-Audit-Bewerbungsgespräch beginnt mit einer freundlichen Vorstellungsrunde. Danach folgen fachliche Fragen zu Wirtschaftsthemen und spezifischen Audit-Belangen. Verhaltensfragen betreffen Teamarbeit und Problemlösung. Es schließt mit einer Diskussion über berufliche Ziele und Passung zur Unternehmenskultur.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
