Interview
A mixed bag. Initial screening round was by manager who checked skill level on a high-level. Sent a coding challenge, which was discussed in second technical round. Basically job was for Senior DevOps Engineer and we got stuck on architecting solution for a product. I don't think it's a useful exercise. DevOps is much more than just applying networking best practices on Kubernetes or Cloud provider environment.

Explain cloud architecture of a three-tier application.
Got scheduled with consultancy .Written followed by 2 rounds of interview and then. HR round.
1st round is written, 2nd round is technical and third round technical and fourth is HR.
They are planning to have 3 rounds. Initial screening , tech test and tech round then other round. It's really shitbull interview and never had this experience with any other company
