Had a great interview experience. The recruiter and interviewers were incredible knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. I felt like I could really be myself without judgement. The process start to finish did take 6 weeks (one week was the company wide week off), but they never left me hanging during that time.

It was a very straightforward interview. I enjoyed talking to everyone, and it looks like a really nice firm. I would like to accept the offer, but I need to give it some thought.
Telefoninterview über Teams - mit Partner und Manager. Zuerst Personal Fit, CV präsentieren, dann fachliche Fragen im Bankensektor (z.B. beobachtete Trends). Am Ende ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und sonstige Themen. Rückmeldung kam telefonisch nach 2 Wochen.

Welche Trends beobachtest du aktuell in der Finanzbranche?
Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
