Interview
Two back-to-back behavioral interviews, 30 min each.
Both the senior manager and partner that interviewed me were super sweet and welcoming. They asked standard interview questions like "What was a difficult work situation you've gone through?" They also talked a bit about their own experiences as well as answered many questions that I had. The process was more like a conversation where we both get to know each other, which was enjoyable. I got a call back the day after. (I haven't accepted or denied the offer yet)
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
