On campus recruiting and interviews is how it normally starts. The second round is the office visits and interviews. Then they will take you to lunch with a group of associates, seniors, managers. They normally give officers at the office visit.

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
