The interview process involved submitting an online form, an online psychometric assessment, an assessment centre involving a written test, and an interview with two relatively senior staff members. The psychometric assessment was about as difficult as other organsiations, however the feedback that KPMG provided was very valuable.

Interview
Interviewer was friendly, asked basic questions about myself. There was a group case study and written assessment to complete as part of the process. Overall, the process was smooth, took about 2 hours in total.

Tell me a time you worked in a team where you showed leadership
2-1 interview with grad and higher up member of staff. Asked about ambition/why I wanted to be there/what interested me in audit. Afterwards, short test on phone answering some emails.
