I applied through university. I interviewed at KPMG (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2015
Interview
I got a campus placement. There was a case based round after which 2 interviews were conducted. Both focused on logical thinking and HR. Guess-estimates were asked. Data interpretation questions were asked. And alot of focus was laid of understanding my personality in order to ensure cultural fit in the team
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Guessestimate - How many Delhi metro trains run in a day?
Competency questions related to time worked as part of team, added value, made a mistake but learned from it, showed leadership qualities. Overall, very laid back. Devoted large time to my questions so showing interest a must.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2021
Interview
First phase:
This automated game application that you need to download - makes you play about 10 games that test things like reaction times, risk appetite, emotional awareness etc.
Second phase:
Behavioral interview. Prior to the interview, they provided roughly 10 prompts that they could potentially ask in advance - ended up asking about 5 of them. Generic behavioral questions overall.
Final phase:
Case study. Some departments/functions made their candidates do a live case interview given to them during the session (straight forward 20-30 minutes). Simple maths
Other departments provide the case study beforehand and you need to come in prepared to give a 20 minute presentation.
