Interview
1st phone interview-->2nd in-person interview with HR and Senior Admin. Assistant-->skill test-->3rd interview with another Admin. Assistant and Admin. Manager. People there are nice and friendly, two in-person interviews were relax and easy.

Overall, the interview was very standard, they asked fair question, such as self-introduction, how did you hear about this position, what do you see yourself in five years, etc.
One of those places that expects you to go through rigorous testing prior to even getting an interview just to offer you a salary below living wage. Waste of your time.

They asked me to complete 30 mins of excel testing in addition to a personality test before being offered an interview.

Casual, laid back, they did the talking. They were very serious about conveying expectations surrounding positive attitude and warm personality. They ensured I had a clear understanding of resources, team, knowledge and expectations.
