Interview
I was contacted by email to set up an interview date. So I went to the 1 on 1 interview then got called back for a dinner and office visit the following day. At the office visit you watch a presentation on the company and then have 2 interviews with partners or managers. Then they take you out for lunch.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
