Interview
The hiring process took 3 weeks with a one on one format that helps the interviewee (KPMG Jakarta office) and the interviewer feels relaxed and able to have a a good understanding of each other needs and objectives.
In particular to the process, I remember that the process was not that long and they use 2 steps interview with 1 written test (Accounting, Basic skills, etc).
Know DSCR cold — be able to calculate it from a P&L in 60 seconds Understand India's IBC basics: CIRP, NCLT, 180-day timeline, Committee of Creditors Pick one real Indian mid-market company and prepare a 2-minute credit pitch with proposed deal terms Read about True North's portfolio companies — they've invested in healthcare, financial services, and consumer sectors
