The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPFF in Feb 2011
Interview
Recently has a phone interview with 2 associates at KPFF. Primarily asked a few superficial questions, then jumped directly into technical questions. Associates first asked about clarifications on academics background, then proceeded to formulate questions related to coursework. Questions were vague at times and difficult to determine what they were specifically looking for. At the end the of the interview, associates weren't optimistic about hiring in the future; seemed like a waste of both of our time.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPFF
Interview
This was for a position that was meant for undergrads in their senior year or older. The interview lasted about 2 hours: Interview for the first 1/2 hour, test for ~45 minutes, and then interview and review exam results for the remainder of the time with another set of people. Overall a very good experience!
The interview was conducted over Zoom and consisted of a 3-hour interview with a 1-hour overview of the company and the specific office, a 1-hour technical test that was completed over video chat, and a 1-hour personal interview where they asked the normal interview questions.
I applied through university. I interviewed at KPFF in Feb 2019
Interview
Behavioral and technical all in one interview. The technical interview is a packet test of basic statics, steel, concrete. My interviewers were nice and they were willing to walk through some questions with me.
