KPC Health interview questions

I went to one of the walk-in hiring fairs at OC Global. The nurse manager I interviewed asked questions and then talked over me when I tried to answer. He seemed to take pride in the fact that the unit is so busy he has nurses crying in the unit. It was a really odd thing to be proud of. Never heard back from him, which is good. He really did not seem like a good nurse manager.

The interview process was efficient. The charge nurse is very responsive and answered all my questions. There was plenty of communication opportunities. The director was easy to talk to and ask questions to.
