Applied with LinkedIn Easy Apply and surprisingly got back a long written interview/pre-screen with usual questions (why do you want this position, what experience do you have with x technologies) in the form of a Word doc, due by the end of the day (from the email, received at 10am). The next business day I was invited to an interview with the hiring manager, in which they said they liked me and that HR would reach out to schedule an interview with an architect in a couple days, but never received any further correspondence (no denial email or anything), despite me sending a follow-up email a week later.
