The first step is the online application, which includes motivation questions that are used for the first selection (selection not based on CV), then there's online tests (an intelligence test and if you obtain a high enough grade then you move on to several personality tests), first interview which takes place in the offices at Schiphol if possible (mostly motivation and behavioral questions), assessment day in the office (group activity, individual activity and final interview).

De sollicitatieprocedure was vrij eenvoudig en rechttoe rechtaan. Je krijgt verschillende vragen gesteld waarop je antwoord geeft. Wel merkte ik dat sommige vragen herhaald werden, wat de procedure iets minder soepel maakte.
