I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KLM (Budapest) in Apr 2023
Interview
Had a 30 min call with the HR and lead developer. Asked some questions about my past experience etc, but nothing serious. After that got the task which was pretty easy. 1 week after I submitted my homework I reached out to the HR lady, who said the lead is really busy, but soon I'll get an answer. Another 1 week, another email with no answer. I contacted the recruiter who said I had been rejected because the homework was that bad. ( I know it wasn't the best solution, but code-organizing is a personal preference, shouldn't be a dealbreaker..) Suggestion: Even if the homework is bad, give the honour to the candidate to explain why he developed things like that.
