Two-day interview process. It began with a brief phone interview with a company and job description, then three in-person interviews back-to-back with program manager and the two existing office coworkers, then a brief written test covering basic math and applied physics principles. Callbacks were made and the top three candidates returned the next day for a second interview that included a trip to a local tow yard to demonstrate more job principles. Callbacks for the final hire were made within 2-3 days.
