Interview
Some from the company reached out to me through Linked In about the opportunity. Interview comprised of 1 in depth phone screening interview with HR and then 2 face to face interviews. Also included an online personality test as part of the initial assessment.
They are first and foremost concerned about finding strong culture fit. What they do is unique and they really want to find people who want to make a difference in Healthcare and who embody honesty, impartiality and integrity. Be prepared to be tested on this in various forms as it is very important to their company and business model.

I was initially told the process would include two interviews and a case study, but it ultimately involved three interviews plus the case study. The recruiter was very responsive throughout the early stages, but communication stopped after the final interview and I never received an update. The case study itself was challenging, especially since I had not previously completed one for a project management role and there was limited guidance on how to prepare for it.

It was a long interview process. You have a phone interview, then a 1st in person interview, then a project you work on for a week then go back and present in a 2nd in person interview.
