Had two interviews for the Test Automation Engineer role in Milpitas. The opportunity itself seemed interesting, but the second interview with the hiring manager stood out negatively. It centered heavily on defending prior decisions and career choices which made the interview feel adversarial and slightly unprofessional rather than an evaluation of technical ability or experience. The process is on the slower side with a week or so between interviews.
