The were two rounds. The first round is a one-on-one zoom call with a supervisor for the role. The second and final round is a technical presentation in front of about five other managers and a director. This is and opportunity to demonstrate the skills required for the role, and how past experiences help complete tasks and achieve goals for the position. After that, other managers ask questions (about half an hour each, a total of around 3-4hrs) and provide feedback on the presentation.
