Recruiter reached out regarding an Associate Director role in HR. Had a phone screen with recruiter, then a last-minute request for a video interview with a Senior HR Director. Felt that went well, was told the next steps would entail an in-person meeting with the same Senior HR Director and then another in-person meeting with a different senior leader. Was then given misleading insight on next steps after interview and no helpful feedback whatsoever.
