The process was fairly fast since the school year is about to start. I had an initial phone call and they invited me for an in person interview 2 days later.. I received an offer the same day

Question 1
What are some things you have done to ensure racial justice? Role play having a difficult conversation with a parent surrounding bullying What are some things you do to collect data and what do you do with the data?
Model Lesson and Rigorous follow-up. Single day. I recommend being very prepared for your lesson and being able to really dissect every aspect of it. Including objective, engagement, behavior, success. Met a lot of people and sat few a few separate interviews in one day.
Demo lesson : brief 20 mins lesson of your teacher. Goal is to see how you manage a class and how you CFU, collect data in the momemet, and stamp the lesson. Debrief after lesson: share what you did well and what you would work on. Questions 1) Why do you want to work for KIPP? 2)Why do you want to work with Black and Brown kids? 3) How does your identity shape who you are?
