KIPP DC interview questions

The interview process is multistep, beginning with an initial screening to assess basic qualifications, followed by a performance-based task to evaluate relevant skills, and concluding with panel interviews involving multiple stakeholders for deeper evaluation.

Multiple rounds, final interview being with a panel virtually. Kind people that came off a little reserved. Lots of great process questions but didn’t seem too interested in me asking questions as an important part of the interview.
