I spent over a month interviewing for the position and made it to the final round just to get ghosted with no communication afterwards. Otherwise, the team was very nice, but I'm disappointed in the communication efforts for job candidates.

Typical interview process, first screening with HR then met with hiring manager, department director and vp. More interviews than I'm used to for an analyst role, but it was good meeting and talking to the different people about their experience at the company
