I applied online and was then invited to have a phone screen. After that I was invited to the NY HQ office to meet the HR team. All in all, I thought the conversations were great and I remained interested in the role. Sadly they did not have the decency to send an email letting me know that I did not get the job- a standard Thank you but no thank you. I'm a firm believer that you don't have to reply to everyone who applied but as an HR professional, I do reply to those who took the time out of their day to come and meet me in person. No more Kind bars for me.
