Easy over the phone interview, I was not required to come in person for an interview
I spoke with a lady from HR and they were effective at getting back to me and scheduling a phone interview in a timely manner

What is one way you have experienced conflict in the past and how did you deal with it
Long, but thorough. The whole process took about 2 hours, had a plant tour, and also did follow ups online. The people qere friendly and professional. Nothing out of the ordinary. Quite a pleasant experience.
