I went through a lengthy interview process with Key Consulting, which took over a month and included 4 rounds of interviews. Everything seemed to be going well until, just as we reached the negotiation stage, I was told there wasn’t a project for me to work on. Despite this, they said they would keep me updated, but weeks have passed with no follow-up. This is frustrating and disappointing experiance. It’s one thing if plans change, that happens. but the lack of clear communication and transparency, especially after such an involved process, felt unprofessional.I hope they improve their hiring and communication practices because, as it stands, the experience felt like a lot of time and energy spent with very little respect for candidates’ time in return.
