HR Virtual Interview first, with specific questions sent the day before via email. In-person interview was not too formal, met with 3 people and was asked about lab experience. In-person interview lasted about 30 minutes.
The interview was Interesting, engaging and straightforward. They forgot to give me a tour of the lab so I initially thought I didn’t get the position. They were quick with their response and reached out the day of to offer me the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KCAS Bio (Olathe, KS)

Very easy. Just be yourself. They will ask about the specific skills based on the position. Always ask questions towards the end of the interview. The will give you a tour of the building at the end of the interview. The whole interview lasted 30 minutes.
