Er was een kennistest en nadien een gesprek met twee personen die de selectie deden. Daarna werden er in de tweede ronde in de namiddag rollenspellen gespeeld om verschillende situaties te beoordelen.

Phone interview followed by comprehensive face to face interview. Very specific fact finding questions asked and relaxed chat in between specifics. Very two way conversation as both interviewers gave information about the company and the department been recruited for. Very interactive meeting
