I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KB Home in Apr 2011
Interview
My first interview was a phone interview and that was very nice it went very smooth the person doing the interview was a recruiter from another company and she was very friendly. After the phone interview I met with the regional manager and that interview also went smooth more like a conversation. I would reccomend that they dont hype you up into thinking that you have the job when you dont .
Panel interview with lots of questions. Process was intimidating at first but if you just be yourself the process will be fun. Most of the questions I have been asked before so be prepared.
I applied online. I interviewed at KB Home (Houston, TX) in May 2021
Interview
Telephone pre-interview, spoke about the process and what would follow. Asked what I liked about sales and what caused the lay off with most recent builder? Explained they were new to PDX and didn't have the right plan as far as obtaining dirt for future builds, kept getting bid out as they are not willing to purchase larger plots of ready to build on lots.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KB Home in Mar 2021
Interview
I talked to the recruiter a couple of times and then I was asked to complete an assessment. A couple days after the assessment I was scheduled an interview with the district manager. They were all super sweet and made the interview process feel like I was chatting with a life long friend.
