Simple. Just show that you are willing to show up and care about the girls interests over all! It’s a place where they want you to be passionate about providing a good experience for the kids and parents.
Had a list of questions they ask everyone & was a group interview. Both asked different questions so couldn't copy answers. Was a good first interview for a first job.

Done in person. Interviewer asked about 5-8 questions. Questions are about yourself and are easy to answer. Interview was short and offered the position after the interview. Started the job a couple days after.
