Sent in a cover letter and had a brief 10 minute phone call with the recruitment manager. Was then invited to a second phone interview with two actuaries. This involved motivational questions and tested knowledge on the pensions and actuarial sectors, and a couple of competency based questions.
Was then invited to an assessment centre which involved a presentation (based on a lifetime mortgage leaflet given on the day), a face-to-face interview (which, again, focused on knowledge of the industry) and a group exercise.
